How Kinward makes profit
We source and evaluate short-term merchant inventory opportunities. We may also seek gains from buying and selling cryptocurrencies when market price differences create an opportunity. Net gains after relevant costs form the basis for any dividend consideration.
What members should know
Merchant turnover can slow, inventory can lose value, and cryptocurrency prices and liquidity can change quickly. These and other operational factors may affect the amount or timing of dividends. Dividends are variable, not fixed or guaranteed.
If an opportunity fails
Kinward bears losses from a failed underlying opportunity. Community members’ contributed funds are returned in full or reinvested in line with the applicable membership option and terms. No member should participate without reading those terms first.
